Shipping carriers
Depending on the destination, we ship with the following carriers:
- Germany & EU: DHL / Deutsche Post
- United Kingdom: Evri
- USA: USPS
- Rest of the world: DHL / Deutsche Post
All parcels are shipped with tracking.
Shipping costs
- Germany: €4.00 – free shipping on orders of €50 or more
- European Union: €6.50
- United Kingdom: €4.50
- USA: €8.00
- Rest of the world: €6.90
The exact shipping costs are shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing & delivery times
Processing usually takes 1–3 business days after receipt of payment.
Estimated delivery times:
- Germany: 1–3 business days
- European Union: 3–8 business days
- Worldwide (incl. USA & UK): 9–16 business days
Please note that international shipments may occasionally take longer (e.g. due to customs clearance or transport delays).
Customs, import duties & taxes
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply, which are payable by the buyer.
These costs are not covered by Fimonacci Artifacts and depend on the import regulations of the destination country.
Please check with the relevant authorities in your country about possible additional costs before ordering.
Returns
Returns are possible within the statutory withdrawal period.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.
The return address is in Germany and will be provided once you contact us about your return.
