Withdrawal & returns

We want you to be happy with your jewellery.
If something isn't right, you'll find all the important information here.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason, unless a statutory exclusion applies.

Requesting a return

Please contact us via the contact page before sending anything back and tell us:

• Order number
• Name
• (optional) Reason for the return

We will then send you the next steps.

Condition of the return

If possible, please send the goods back:

• unworn
• complete
• securely packed

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The following are generally excluded from withdrawal:

• personalised or custom-made products

Refund

Once we have received and checked the return, we will refund the amount via the original payment method.
